Rhein-Main Conference Centre
Interpretation Services · Multilingual · Conference Sector
The annual European Tech Summit at Rhein-Main Conference Centre brought together over 500 delegates from 20 countries. We provided full simultaneous interpretation in 6 languages across 3 parallel tracks over 3 days, ensuring every attendee could participate fully regardless of their native language.
The Challenge
The conference featured highly technical presentations on AI, blockchain, and quantum computing with specialized terminology. Speakers came from diverse backgrounds with varying accents. Three parallel sessions ran simultaneously, requiring careful scheduling and equipment coordination.
Our Solution
We deployed 12 certified simultaneous interpreters working in pairs (20-minute rotations) across 6 language booths. A pre-event briefing session covered all technical terminology. We provided Bosch Integrus infrared systems with 500 receiver units and on-site technical support.
The Result
Zero technical failures across 24 hours of interpretation. Post-event surveys showed 96% attendee satisfaction with interpretation quality. The client rebooked our services for their next 3 events before the conference ended.

Interpreter Team
Our team included interpreters with specialized knowledge in technology and finance. Each language pair had a primary interpreter and a backup, rotating every 20 minutes to maintain peak mental performance. All interpreters held ISO 17100 certification and had minimum 5 years of conference experience.
Pre-Event Preparation
Two weeks before the event, we received all presentation slides and speaker notes. Our team created a 500-term glossary covering AI, blockchain, and quantum computing terminology in all 6 languages. Interpreters attended a 4-hour technical briefing with the event organizers.
The interpretation quality was outstanding. Our Chinese and Japanese partners specifically commented that this was the best simultaneous interpretation they had experienced at any European conference. The team's preparation was evident in their flawless handling of complex technical terms.
